Fosfomycin Na 200 mg
Tylosin tartrate 50 mg
Fructose 1,6 Diphosphate 180 mg

INDICATIONS:
Broad Spectrum antibiotics uses in Poultry disease , for treating: Mycoplasma, Colibacillosis, Chronic respiratory disease, Coryza, Typhosis, Fowl cholera, Listeriosis, Staphylococcal infections and diseases caused by organisms sensitive to Fosfomycin and/or Tylosin.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:
Meat: 3 days.
STORAGE: Store in a dry place away from direct heat (below 30°).
DOSAGE AND ADMINSTRATION:
Poultry : It is given in drinking water 1gm per 2-4 Lt for 4-5 days.
