Modernitine supports energy production in the muscles by aiding in the transport of fatty acids into mitochondria for energy production, enhancing endurance, reducing the muscle damage, and potentially improving recovery and the fat loss, especially during racing.

• Modernitine provides muscle relaxation by promoting the faster recovery, reducing the muscle soreness and inflammation, improving the blood circulation, and supporting overall muscle repair. This can lead to muscles feeling less tense and more relaxed after the exercise, and enhancing the recovery process and reducing discomfort after the exercises.

• Modernitine Increases the energy metabolism of glucose in the muscles. the glucose metabolism supported by enhancing of mitochondrial functions, improving glucose uptake, and increasing insulin sensitivity, all of which can help optimize energy production from glucose.

• Modernitine supports the sending of signals to cells to produce more of the mitochondria. More productions of mitochondria are enhancing in the cellular energy production, improving muscle function, and aiding recovery.
