Each 1 gm contains
Doxycycline Hyclate        200 mg.

Chlortetracycline HCl        250 mg..

Chlorodox – Mofed  used for prevention and treatment of respiratory and digestive infections caused by susceptible germs to doxycycline and chlortetracycline: as Mycoplasma disease, pasteurellosis, Colibacillosis, and (necrotic enteritis).

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Treated birds should not be slaughtered during tretment and within 7 days from the last treatment.

STORAGE: Store in a dry and dark place  (below than 30°).

Poultry: 1 gm/ 2 liters of drinking water daily for 4-5 days.

Causions:
* Not to be used in ruminants
* Not to be used in laying hens producing eggs for human consumption.
