BRAVODERN is available in five strengths (1000, 500, 250, 112.5 and 1400 mg fluralaner per chew).
Bravodern chews tablet for dogs and cats contain fluralaner which is a potent inhibitor of parts of the arthropod nervous system.
Bravodern is used for the treatment and prevention of flea infestations, and the treatment and control of tick infestations such as Ixodes scapularis, Dermacentor variabilis, Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Haemaphysalis longicornis for 12 weeks. Bravodern is also indicated for the treatment and control of Amblyomma americanum (lone star tick) infestations for 8 weeks
Bravodern should be administered orally with food for Dogs and cats as a single dose every 12 weeks according to the Dosage shown below to provide a minimum dose 25 mg/kg of body weight.
Bravodern may be administered every 8 weeks in case of potential exposure to Amblyomma americanum ticks.
